‘The Walking Dead’ season 3 spoilers: Unexpected visitors

There have been many challenges for Rick and the entire survival team on “The Walking Dead” season 3 thus far, but one of the primary ones for them has been just trying to find a way to ensure their own safety within the walls of the prison. Even though it is one of the more stable locations out there, it is still a hiding spot that has seen its fair share of violence and death.

Sadly, things are not about to get any easier for any of the living; as a matter of fact, we are mere days away from them getting much, much worse. According to E! News, the prison is about to get some unexpected guests in the form of a zombie horde, but what is going to be a little bit more surprising is how these walkers end up getting there in the first place. Was this a move by the Governor to destroy Rick after what happened to him, or did someone merely let their guard down while patrolling the prison walls? Both are worthy possibilities, and will thus be equally explored in the episode.

There is not much in the way of concrete spoilers out there to share from the rest of the season, but know this: there is still plenty of bloodshed coming up, and much of it will lead to some more unexpected deaths. Will it be on the same level as what happened to Lori? While that may be a tough tragedy to equal, there are going to still be some other reasons to bust out your hankies coming up very soon.
