‘Justified’ season 4 preview: Pastor Billy’s rattlesnakes take the spolight
Even though the masterminds behind the show “Justified” have said that there won’t be any big bad present during season 4 it’s still hard to completely trust Pastor Billy and his congregation. What exactly are they doing in Harlan county and why are so many people flocking to hear him speak?
Pastor Billy is charismatic, there’s no doubt about that and the man has some serious passion behind what he says, so it’s easy to see why the downtrodden folks of Harlan are falling all over themselves to hear him speak, but the real lure is his showmanship. Pastor Billy uses rattlesnakes in his sermons, holding them up high for everyone to see that he is one of God’s chosen people because the poisonous snakes don’t bite him therefore they should trust him too.
Reports from Zap2it reveal that Pastor Billy’s snakes of doom will be taking center stage on Tuesday’s new episode of “Justified” and we will learn that things aren’t exactly as they appear to be when it comes to the snakes he is supposedly charming with his Godly powers. Also when someone gets bit in the face by one of these snakes, what will it mean for Pastor Billy? Will he be run out of town by people holding flaming pitchforks or will he be able to talk his way out of the mess? We also won’t be surprised if the snake bite doesn’t bring Raylan around to ask a few questions and get a few answers, especially if this person dies.
A new episode of “Justified” airs on Tuesday, January 22nd at 10 p.m. on FX, so be sure to tune in and see what happens when Pastor Billy decides to make Boyd’s life miserable by coming after him and his business ventures.
