‘Glee’ season 4 notes: More from Dianna Agron, Naya Rivera

Naya RiveraWith “Glee” season 4 not returning to Fox with new episodes until January 24, it’s admittedly a little bit of a quiet time. However, we do at least have a pir of micro-stories worth sharing from a pair of actors who make up two-thirds of the now-infamous unholy trinity on the show: Dianna Agron and Naya Rivera.

Agron has started out on 2013 on a social-media hiatus, but the actress (who will be returning to “Glee” possibly as early as January 31) returned to Twitter Friday with what can basically be constituted as the announcement of a future announcement. Do we wish she had said a little bit more? Sure, but a little bit of something is far better than nothing at all:

“I know I’ve been gone for a while. Have a LOT to report back (soon) & until then, hope your 2013 is going splendidly so far! Xx Di”

What could Agron’s announcement be? With her, it’s hard to tell considering everything that she has going on from endorsement deals to her You Me, & Charlie page to some movie roles that she has coming up. (She filmed one part this past fall while “Glee” was working on early episodes.

As for Naya, the actress told fans in a brief Twitter Q&A that she is “very excited” in particular for the show’s February 7 episode “Diva,” which is going to be a game-changer for her character of Santana. Not only will she have several solos over the course of the hour, but she will be making a decision that alters the course of her future.

What do you want to see happen with Quinn and Santana moving forward? If you want to check out what other “Glee” star has landed a role on another Fox series, all you have to do is click here.
