‘Big Brother’: Kick off the new year with Jessie Godderz being PEC-Tacular
Just in case you’re suffering from “Big Brother” withdrawals as much as we are at the moment, here’s something to make you a little bit nostalgic for the days of him leaping out of Pandora’s Box at Britney Haynes: the latest from Jessie Godderz over on TNA IMPACT Wrestling.
The last time we wrote about Jessie, we did so courtesy of his appearances at the side of Tara, and at the time he had yet to really get in the ring much himself on the nationally-televised stage. My, have times changed. Not only has Jessie now done plenty of wrestling of his own on Spike TV, but he also has now taken part in one of the strangest (but still PEC-Tacular) things he has done since dressing up like Santa Claus and stealing junk food out of the “Big Brother 14” house.
The events in the video below actually happened on last Thursday’s edition of the show, and it is entitled a “Bro-Off” between him and blowout master Robbie E. It’s not really so much wrestling as it is a combination of a Jersey Shore nightclub and a bodybuilding show, with Jessie more filling the role of the latter. The irony here? As you will see, we’re not sure either one of them really emerged as much of a winner, even though it was pretty funny and very Jessie.
In the video below at around the 3:00 mark, you can also see Jessie try to explain himself over the Bro-Off on the IMPACT Wrestling aftershow, and it includes a little bit of humor (with Jessie pretty much telling everyone who is overweight to “give up” rather than strive for his body) but also some insight into his past as a natural bodybuilder prior to him even being on “Big Brother” in the first place.
“Big Brother 15” will premiere on CBS this summer, and our friends in Canada get a chance to watch the first episode of “Big Brother Canada” in just under two months on February 27.
