ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2 spoilers: Why is Emily glammed up again?

For those of you who love reading into every minute detail of “Revenge” season 2, including the fashion choices of some of the characters, you are probably going to find quite a bit to like with the first photo coming out from the upcoming January 13 episode entitled “Sabotage.” Plus, it is likely going to make all fans of Emily and Daniel swoon.

So while is our leading lady getting all dressed-up and getting close to the Graysons’ favorite son? The answer seems to be a part of a plan that Aiden and Emily have forged, and based on what we have heard about the show’s first episode back airing on January 6, Victoria may have been involved in getting things into motion. Emily may have something to gain in getting Daniel back under Victoria’s thumb, and this could lead to the two parties working to try and swing Daniel back to Emily after the heartbreak with Ashley at the end of last season.

As for whether or not Aiden would mind his current love interest getting involved with an ex, he probably just sees it as a necessarily evil for a mission. Nobody really seems aware of his attachment to the real Amanda Clarke, and thus they can continue to have whatever fun that they want behind closed doors.

No matter what happens, we just hope that it is juicy, scandalous, and the sort of soapy fun we have been waiting for from this show after a number of off weeks during the first half of season 2.
