‘Duck Dynasty’: Willie and Phil Robertson visit ‘The Soup,’ mock Kim Kardashian
Let’s face it: if you are like us at the moment, you are suffering from some serious “Duck Dynasty” withdrawals thanks to the A&E show being off for the Thanksgiving holiday. (There have been plenty of marathons on, but new episodes will resume next week.) However, we are pleased to report that the Robertson family were at least kind enough to oblige us by paying a visit to none other than “The Soup” on E! during their typical timeslot.
The only thing that was more entertaining than seeing Willie and Phil Robertson in an ordinary environment was seeing what they actually did upon being there. The two guys arrived to give Joel McHale a turkey that was sporting a wig, and it was revealed that it was part Kim Kardashian. Why? It was dead on the inside. (Burn!) Who knew that the “Duck Dynasty” guys roasted more than just the meat they caught on their land … and who knew that two Louisiana guys bothered to research Kim Kardashian to begin with?
In addition to that, they two guys also took part in another bit with Joel featuring none other than “Talking Dead” host Chris Hardwick, who tried to come out claiming that he was the long-lost member of the Robertson clan; which, according to Willie, apparently happens far more than you would think. The two also came out a little bit later to make fun of reality TV and plastic surgery. (If there’s ever been two guys who could care less about what other people think about their appearance … well, you know the rest.)
Are you glad to see the “Duck Dynasty” boys gets some press somewhere other than their actual show?
