‘Gossip Girl’ season 6 spoilers: Who’s about to be devastated?

Can you believe that there are only four episodes left until “Gossip Girl” airs its series finale? There is going to be quite a bit that happens in the coming weeks, and all of it begins with the first promo for Monday night’s new episode appropriately-titled “Save the Last Chance.”

So who is really getting their last chance here? At the moment, we are betting on Serena and Dan, who, following the end of her relationship with Steven, are at least starting to grow closer to each other again. This bonding is in some ways strange still considering their history … but maybe they are focusing on the happier times at the moment? Who knows. The only other couple who is in the middle of their last chance at the moment is Chuck and Blair, and based on what we are seeing now in the promo, their dream of finding a way to be together may not end up being a reality at the end of the day.

Do we think that Chuck and Blair are really going to be apart forever? Far from it; as a matter of fact, we’re feeling pretty confident that these two characters are going to find a way to work this out within the next episode or two. You don’t want to wait too long to finally get this couple together, mostly because if you do, the entire last episode could end up feeling rushed … and you don’t want to end the series by cramming to much
