‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 spoilers: Want more on Bailey’s wedding?

There are some major developments coming up on “Grey’s Anatomy” this season, and one of them is something that fans have been waiting for ever since the end of last season: Dr. Bailey and Ben’s wedding. This event will happen over the coming months, and it should be a rare opportunity for some of the doctors at Seattle Grace to celebrate rather than mourn and deal with all of the pain that came to them courtesy of the plane crash.

So what does the bride herself have to say about this glorious day? Based on what Chandra Wilson is saying now to TV Guide, let’s just say that it may not be that easy for her to Bailey to walk down the aisle thanks in part to just about everything else that is currently unfolding in her life:

“It’s almost like pulling a tugboat to get her to cooperate, but the thing is happening with or without her, and she’s got to get on board with the program at some point … Bailey can be distracted very easily, and she’s already been married and done it in what she thought was the right way and it failed, so there’s a lot of fear going into it again.”

Bailey’s wedding is one of the few concrete moments on the show moving forward that we have to smile about; outside of that, there is really so much still in the air in between the plane crash lawsuit, the state of Derek’s hand, and the future of Callie and Arizona that remain a complete and total question mark.
