‘Once Upon a Time’ season 2 spoilers: First look at ‘Into the Deep’
Who knew that dreams were the key to reuniting a family? As much effort as some of the other characters on “Once Upon a Time” season 2 have put into trying to find a way to bring Emma and Mary Margaret back to Storybrooke, it could actually be Henry who is the one to do it.
As we saw at the end of Sunday night’s new episode “Child of the Moon,” he now possesses the ability to control just what he does while he is asleep; and now that he has found someone within this world in Aurora, he can use her to bridge the gap between one place and the other. So how is this really going to be able to save his mother and grandmother? That is still a little bit unclear, given that it seems at best all he could do is join up with them in the dream world, embrace them, and say that everything is going to be. (Who knows? Maybe this is all it takes.)
Unfortunately, things are not going to be so easy for anyone here, as Cora is once again going to be back doing all sorts of terrible things, including this time raising an army of undead to do her bidding. What is this, “The Walking Dead”? Then again, zombies have a pretty distinct place in this world given that we already have magic, werewolves, dragons, and just about every other supernatural creature under the sun. Heck, the only reason we have not seen vampires is because so many other shows have “gone there” already.
Do you think that dreams really are going to be the key to Henry bringing his loved ones back from the other world?
