‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 4 spoilers: The photo that may break the internet

If you are a fan of a certain pairing on “The Vampire Diaries,” then this latest photo from an upcoming season 4 episode is probably going to make your jaw drop wide. Really wide. How much? Let’s just say that we are going to have to hire someone to pick it back up off of the floor for you.

As a matter of fact, this photo was so good that we could not even share it at the top of this article. (Okay, now we may even be over-hyping it, but it seemed unfair to put it at the top for those who really did not want to see it.) For those who are curious, it is from the upcoming seventh episode of the season entitled “My Brother’s Keeper,” which will be airing a little bit later this month.

So there you have it: Klaus and Caroline getting closer than ever. So is this some sort of a dream sequence? We think not! Instead, it may very well be the end result of Candice Accola’s character asking Joseph Morgan’s Original Hybrid to the Miss Mystic Falls pageant, where she is required to make an appearance. Will she seal the date with a kiss? It may just be us, but it does seem as though Klaus is much more interested in this than she is. It’s possible that she could only be bringing him along as a part of some sort of trick or ruse, and if that is the case, we could see either a very sad or vengeful vampire at the end of this. Then again, Tyler (Michael Trevino) has been ticking her off lately by spending so much time with Hayley…
