‘The Walking Dead’ season 3 spoilers: When will we see Penny?
We have already come to see our first look at The Governor on “The Walking Dead” season 3, and anyone who is a diehard fan of the show is likely asking one more question to go along with this: is Penny turning up next? If you have been racking your brain over this as of late, there is so potentially good news coming up about her coming up soon.
Before we say anything here, we should say that no one has 100% confirmed that the daughter of David Morrissey’s character is turning up for sure; however, there is some evidence out there that it is happening, and the new comments by executive producer (and comic writer) Robert Kirkman to Fanbolt seem to reflect that:
“Well, I can’t really speak definitively as to whether or not Penny is going to be included on the show … All I can really say, is make sure that you stay tuned and keep an eye out for that kind of stuff. But you know I will say that his back story is something that, you know, is very interesting and there will be snippets of it revealed as we move forward. So I think that his story will kind of unfold as we tell things that are, you know, happening in the current time.”
We have obviously already learned that there are noticeable changes between the TV property for AMC and what Kirkman has put into his books, so with that there is no guarantee that this Penny will be anything like the one in the other medium. For those who are curious, that character (massive spoiler alert!) was a zombie that lived in The Governor’s laundry room who he would feed human limbs. Sounds disgusting? If this does turn out to be the case for the TV character, it will make for some very entertaining and disgusting scenes.
