‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 6 spoilers: Sheldon’s new mystery

“The Big Bang Theory” season 6 has actually focused a great deal on Leonard and Howard for much of this season, and with that in mind, it feels as though Sheldon has had very little time in the spotlight outside of his relationship with Penny. Thankfully, this is being rectified courtesy of what may be one of the most hilarious ideas for an episode that this series has ever brought us.

CBS has just released the official synopsis for their November 15 episode entitled “The 43 Peculiarity,” and Jim Parsons’ character is in the forefront for a certain habit that he is developed over the years … and it involved a routine that no one has ever caught on to until now:

“Howard and Raj try to get to the bottom of why Sheldon disappears every afternoon at 2:45. Meanwhile, Leonard and Penny deal with jealousy in their relationship.”

In case you are wondering why our excitement level is much lower for the latter story here, the answer is simple: it feels almost like this same story is something that we have seen on “The Big Bang Theory” more times than we can really count. Leonard and Penny have dealt with jealousy even when they were not together, and the most recent example of them having this sort of trouble in their relationship was when Leonard started spending some time with Sheldon’s new assistant at school. He never actually flirted with her, but she nonetheless still made some of her intentions clear.

For now, let’s ask you the question: what in the world do you think Dr. Cooper does at 2:45 every day?
