This Is Us season 4 episode 10 is airing next month on NBC, and there’s a chance you know how big this is already. We saw a flash-forward at the end of the fall finale that signaled hard times ahead for Kevin and Randall, plus also more struggles for Kate and then also the deterioration of Rebecca Pearson. There are some very hard times coming, and the best thing that we can do is to try and prepare ourselves accordingly.
This is especially the truth now that we’ve heard some rather-cryptic teases courtesy of star Sterling K. Brown. Speaking in a new piece via Us Weekly, here is some of what he had to say what episode 10 is going to bring to the table:
“I was just in [creator] Dan Fogelman’s office yesterday and he was showing me glimpses of episode 4×10. And the end of 4×10 had me screaming at the TV out loud … It’s one of the more shocking things that I’ve seen.
“I knew what was going to happen. But like, when I saw it, I was like, ‘They’re not ready.’ The audience is going to collectively gasp when they see our premiere for the second half of the season. That’s all I can really say.”

In the end, all signs point to a pretty exceptional episode, right? After hearing something like this, it’s hard to imagine this being a drop-in-the-bucket sort of episode where very little changes. It feels as though almost anything could change through the fourth season, and we wonder right now if the feud between Randall and Kevin is originating based on something very different than we thought. Originally, our perception was that this may be due to Randall keeping a secret regarding Rebecca’s condition, but we’re starting to wonder if there’s something more going on here.
