The Masked Singer: Victor Oladipo, Seal revealed as Thingamajig, Leopard

The Masked Singer

Tonight’s new episode of The Masked Singer is the last before the finale, and it was also the Christmas Special! There were many of holiday delights throughout, but in the end, there were also a couple of big reveals.

The first big-time one that we had tonight was the Thingamajig, and most of the clues out there were correct — this was NBA star Victor Oladipo. He’s been nursing a ruptured quad through the entire competition, but he’s also had a chance to show off a truly incredible voice. Given that he was the last person left who (seemingly) has no professional experience as a performer, he should be pretty darn proud with how he’s done this season overall.

Oladipo has yet to perform in a game this season, but we think that he’s found himself a new claim to fame on the other side of his playing career.

Meanwhile, the second person to be unmasked tonight was the Leopard, and this turned out to be none other than Seal! This was one of our favorite characters through the entirety of the season, and there was just so much that we loved about him. He was so committed to playing this character and having a good time and to us, this is what being a part of this show is really all about. While we think that the Fox is probably our overall favorite, we did appreciate a lot what Leopard brought to the table. He would’ve been a worthy winner, but we think it’s probably going to be an even field in the final three. It’s hard to know who will emerge from the rubble on next week’s all-sorts-of-epic conclusion to the season.
