The Conners season 2 episode 10 return date for John Goodman, cast
Given that you’re getting a Christmas episode tonight, you were probably able to figure out that there wasn’t a new episode next week. This is the last one for the calendar year, and it doesn’t seem like ABC is going to bring the show too early on in the new year. The return date, according to the Futon Critic, is going to be January 21. That means you’ve got almost a month and a half to go until we get a chance to see the series back in action.
As for what we’re expecting to see when the series comes back on the air, the simplest answer to that is this: More comedy! This is a chance to see the cast get together, have a good time with each other, and embrace the charm that is at the core of what this show is. When The Conners is at its peak, few shows are funnier. To go along with that, though, there is this super-refreshing sort of relatability here through most of it. You watch these actors perform and through that, you have a chance to learn a little bit more about who these characters are and what they’re striving for. We know that The Conners can be incredibly emotional at times, and we do like when the writers lean into that.
So when are you going to have a chance to get some more information on The Conners and what the future holds? Probably come late December/early January, ABC will release a few more details. Because of the nature of this show, though, it’s always going to be a little bit unpredictable. There can be new problems/challenges for these characters that can come out of nowhere.
