Shameless season 10 episode 7 spoilers: Who’s found a new love?

Shameless season 10 episode 7 is airing on December 22, and that’s one of many things to be excited about. After all, we’re getting a new episode on December 22! What’s not to like about that? It’s a chance to actually have some new television at around a time we don’t have a tendency to have a whole lot.

Beyond just that, though, this could be a chance to see someone in Frank Gallagher find a little bit of possible love for himself. We don’t know quite what that is going to look like — other than, of course, feeling like it’s probably going to make for some humor. The big question that we wonder about here, though, is whether or not there is something about this love interest that is different from Ingrid. It’s not as though this is a story we haven’t heard about before for William H. Macy’s character. (Granted, we don’t see the story this time around going in a super-odd direction where babies are involved.)

Carl embraces his civic duty while Debbie searches for her next payday. Frank meets the woman of his dreams, and Ian and Mickey get roped into a dangerous scam for Paula. When tragedy strikes at the Alibi, Kev and V go undercover to find new customers.

If there’s a good thing to pass along upon reading this, it’s that Ian and Mickey are going to continue doing things together outside of prison! We knew that Mickey would be out of jail and while we don’t know the circumstances just yet of his exit just yet, we imagine that it’ll be fun seeing the two trying to have a (relatively) normal life.
