The Voice spoilers for Katie Kadan, Ricky Duran, Kat Hammock, top 8

The Voice season 17

Tonight on The Voicewe’re going to see the remaining eight artists hit the stage with one goal in mind — getting the votes necessary to make it to the finale! This is a high-stakes situation for them, given that a good half of these artists are going to find themselves eliminated in the end. With that in mind, every song choice matters and needs to be something that they put a lot of effort into properly selecting.

Check out the song choices below (via Mjsbigblog) — also, be sure to watch our full discussion at the bottom of this article about last week’s results! Once you do that, remember to subscribe to CarterMatt on YouTube and then view our full playlist.

Hello Sunday, “Don’t You Worry About a Thing” – It’s a fun song! It’s a classic, one that could suit their style and present some chances for them to move around.

Jake Hoot, “Desperado” – Three cheers for Jake doing something that is a little bit less country-oriented. He can make it country, but this is something that still feels unexpected.

Katie Kadan, “Lady Marmalade” – There’s no point in over-analyzing this — it’s a great song and one that we’re pretty sure that Katie is going to kill a million times over.

Kat Hammock, “Somewhere Only We Know” – This is one of the perfect songs for Kat to sing, one that should show off her unique voice. It’s a much stronger choice than last week.

Marybeth Byrd, “Before He Cheats” – While Jake typically has country corner on lock, this is one of the most iconic country songs of the past few years.

Ricky Duran, “Let It Be” – Another good song! A lot of strong, iconic choices from start to finish here. This one should be great for Ricky just because of the fact that he can hit some big notes throughout.

Rose Short, “I Want to Know What Love Is” – We’re not sure that this is the perfect song for Rose, but we definitely know that she can sing the heck out of it.

Will Breman, “Locked Out of Heaven” – He did really well last week doing a fun, ubeat song, so why not do that again with another memorable track?
