The Voice results: Was Joana Martinez, Marybeth Byrd eliminated?

The Voice season 17

Tonight, the latest The Voice results arrived on NBC, and we imagine that there will be reactions aplenty after the fact! The top ten are going to be whittled down to the top eight, and we’re inching ever closer to the finale. Next week’s elimination is going to be the worst, as we’ll lose a huge chunk of contestants and the lineup will be set.

Throughout this article, we’ll have some more updates from the elimination show. We were sure that Jake Hoot, Ricky Duran, Will Breman, and Katie Kadan would be safe, but as for everyone else? We weren’t so sure. The first two artists saved tonight were Will and Rose Short (another worthy choice!), which gives them a good chance at making it into said finale. Ricky was the next person officially declared safe. Katie Kadan and Jake followed soon after.

The next singers declared safe soon after were Hello Sunday and Kat — this left Marybeth Byrd, Shane Q, and Joana Martinez all in jeopardy.
