Is NCIS new tonight on CBS? New ‘The North Pole’ photos
Obviously, we would’ve loved for there to be a new episode of the series on the air tonight, and for good reason given what we know is coming up: Ziva! We’re going to see Cote de Pablo back for what is presumably a holiday-themed installment called “The North Pole.” Yesterday, we reported that this episode is going to revolve around the “one thing” that the character needs to do before reuniting with her family; now, we have a few more things to discuss.
Unfortunately, one of them is a reminder that “The North Pole” isn’t airing until December 17. With that in mind, there is no new episode coming up tonight. You’ve got two weeks to wait!

The photo above is one of the new things that we have to show off for this episode, and one of the things most notable here is Gibbs and Ziva’s appearance. Neither one of them appears to be worn-out or bloodied up like they were in the premiere. While there is danger, it’s not as immediate seemingly as what we saw in the past with Sahar hot on Ziva’s tail. They’re going to be working together, and maybe this represents Ziva more getting the jump on a threat than running from it.
As for the second photo, this one shows McGee and Torres working together in order to investigate/take out something themselves. We’ve seen a separate photo of Bishop in what seems to be a similar setting, so it’s possible that these three are going to be taking on one part of this case while Gibbs and Ziva collaborate together. (Of course, we’re also only seeing a tiny snapshot of the overall picture.)
