9-1-1 season 3 episode 11 return date hopes for Angela Bassett, cast

911 season 2

Following tonight’s big Christmas episode/fall finale, do you want to know the 9-1-1 season 3 episode 11 return date? Within this piece, we come bearing some more speculation on that very thing!

Let’s not waste any time here before getting to the bad news: You’re going to be waiting for a little while in order to see it back on the air. In the new year, Fox is going to use the winter hiatus in order to launch their 9-1-1: Lone Star spin-off show. It will get a good launching pad following some NFL playoff football and following that, it will air in the standard 9-1-1 timeslot. Our feeling is that this show will run from about January through mid-March — at that point, we imagine the flagship show is going to return.

With that in mind, mid-to-late March is our projected premiere date. Given that there are eight episodes still to come for this season, that is still enough time for Fox to roll out all of the remaining stories. There is going to be a lot of exciting stuff coming, so there is a lot to prepare yourself for. Think of course in terms of new, dramatic rescues — and then also some personal stories for Maddie, Athena, Bobby, and others. We know that this is a show about enduring crises — whether they be at home or at work — and that will likely remain the case. It’s just sad that some more of these could come for characters like Hen, who has already been through a lot this season.

As for when we expect for there to be some more details on 9-1-1 and what lies ahead, think in terms of February. Fox won’t be in too much of a hurry to release more information — after all, there’s no real reason for them to be!
