Outlander notes: Another actor wraps filming; new cast members react
Let’s start things off, though, with a reminder that another performer is done with season 5 filming! This time around, that performer is none other than Lauren Lyle a.k.a. Marsali, who we are expecting has quite a bit of great stuff to do through season 5. She and Fergus both have a lot to do around Fraser’s Ridge, and much like with Jamie and Claire, we’ve they’ll be more and more accustomed to life in North Carolina than ever.
It does make sense that Lyle is now wrapped up with filming on Outlander season 5 — after all, Cesar Domboy himself wrapped up production earlier this week.
New cast members react!
If you missed it, earlier this week we learned about a wide array of new performers who are coming on board the series, and there is a significant reason to be excited about that. It means that the world of The Fiery Cross is a little more fleshed-out, and we’re also going to have a cool opportunity to get to know some of these people and precisely what makes them tick within the world of the show. Some will prove to be friends for Jamie and Claire Fraser, whereas others are going to prove to be more along the lines of foes.
