Supernatural season 15 episode 6 spoilers: Prepare for ‘Golden Time’

Supernatural season 13 poster

Supernatural season 15 episode 6 airing next week is entitled “Golden Time,” and there’s a certain tinge of nostalgia with that. It brings you back to some of the show’s heyday, where there were fewer fears that it was going to end and you could just revel in some of the Winchesters’ many adventures.

Are things still fun for Supernatural now? Sure, but it does also feel fair to say that things are different. The best thing that the writers can do is combine a little bit of the old with the new, and that’s some of what we can say about what’s coming up next.

Below, CarterMatt has the full Supernatural season 15 episode 9 synopsis right now:

OUT OF DIFFICULTIES GROW MIRACLES – Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are visited by an old friend. Castiel (Misha Collins) investigates the disappearance of a local teen. John Showalter directed the episode written by Meredith Glynn (#1506). Original Airdate 11/21/2019.

What we like about what we’re seeing here is that through the “old friend,” it does feel like we’re going to be getting a little bit of nostalgia. Yet, there’s also something that feels both personal and also grounded for Castiel. We think that there will be some great performances throughout here, and also moments that give a little bit of hope. How else can you describe the statement “out of difficulties grow miracles”?

Once this episode is over, there are only fourteen more installments to go. That’s not a lot of time, and we better be prepared for more emotional reveals and exciting stories. We also think that there’s SO much distance between now and the series finale at the moment that it’s hard to even guess how things are going to end.
