The Orville season 3 spoilers: Anne Winters playing Charly Burke!
According to a new report coming in courtesy of Deadline, Anne Winters of 13 Reasons Why / Grand Hotel fame will be a series regular as this character. She joins an ensemble cast that also includes writer/director Seth MacFarlane, Adrianne Palicki, Penny Johnson Jerald, Scott Grimes, Peter Macon, J Lee, Mark Jackson, Chad L. Coleman and Jessica Szohr. The good news in reading that cast list out is that it doesn’t appear, at least for now, that any other actors are going to be leaving the show in the near future.

If you are a longtime fan of The Orville, then you know already that this is a series with a real knack for secrecy. It doesn’t have a tendency to hand down details willy-nilly; instead, it takes some time before it gives us an opportunity to see and learn stuff about them. Remember that entering season 2, there wasn’t a whole lot of info out there about Szohr and what she would be bringing to the table.
The wait, unfortunately, is going to be a long one before we learn more about what Ed, Kelly, and the rest of the crew are going to be bringing to the table. We know that we’d LOVE The Orville season 3 to come on the air this fall, but the unfortunate reality is that, more than likely, we’re gonna have to wait until the fall of 2020. This long wait is one of the reasons why we are stuck seeing the show shift over to Hulu after a couple of years at Fox. We hope that it’s still successful there; after all, we want a season 4!
