The Conners season 2 episode 6 return date: ‘Tempest in a Stew Pot’
Let’s kick things off here by getting the bad news out of the way, especially after a repeat on the show last week … there is another repeat coming in seven days’ time. Right when we just had a new episode on the series, we’re going to be off the air again. The fact that this is coming after a Halloween episode only aids within some of the frustration. Why couldn’t we just continue to have new episodes, week after week?
There is a reason as to why the comedy is off the air next week, and it goes a little something like this: The official presentation of The Little Mermaid Live. This is a chance to see something big, musical, and of course Disney-related. We don’t think that we need to work all that hard in order to tell you why this is important. There is a pretty good chance that ABC is going to get all sorts of money from this, and even if The Conners is a successful show, we know that there are plenty of opportunities for us to have some new episodes down the road. This is, after all, a long season! There are a lot of chances from now until the spring to continue this story.
Alas, the only thing that has been confirmed at the moment about The Conners season 2 episode 6 is simply this: The title of “Tempest in a Stew Pot.” That’s both intriguing and also very much appropriate for this show, which does have that tendency to craft a little bit of drama from surprising places.
We’re anticipating more news on The Conners over the next week or two. Meanwhile, we’re also just as anticipating news on a possible season 3 — this show remains one of the most-popular comedy on the network, and that likely means it charting towards a renewal.
