NCIS (Tony & Ziva) vs. Outlander (Roger & Bree) – ‘Shiptober poll

Outlander season 4

Welcome to ‘Shiptober 2019! Throughout the month of October, CarterMatt will be bringing you our annual tournament featuring some of best ‘ships in all of TV. What is a ‘ship? It is comprised of characters you want to see together romantically. Maybe they’re already together, or maybe they’ve never been together. It doesn’t matter. ‘Shipping is one of the most popular parts of any TV fandom, it’s super fun and this tournament is a celebration of that.

In today’s edition of ‘Shiptober, the third round is coming to a close! Based on the votes that it took both of these ‘ships to get here, we have a feeling that it will prove to be quite epic. In one corner, you’ve got Tony & Ziva from NCIS. Meanwhile, in the other you have Roger & Bree from Outlander. Neither one of them has had an opportunity to make it to the final four as of yet, so for one of them, this will be a chance to make it into some ‘Shiptober rare air!

Voting Rules – Voting will be underway in the poll below from now until Friday, October 25 at 1:00 p.m. Pacific time. Vote however often you’d like! (For more voting instructions or technical questions, check out the bottom of this article for answers.)

Tony & Ziva, NCIS (#4 seed) – Much credit has to be given over to the duo at the moment for overtaking Steve & Danny of Hawaii Five-0 — this is a pair who has made it deep in this tournament in the past, and also just so happened to be a #1 seed this time around! It’s even more impressive when you consider that these two characters have actually not appeared together onscreen in years … though there’s a good chance this is going to change this season following the return of Cote de Pablo.

Roger & Bree, Outlander (#6 seed) – Given that we’re coming off of the biggest season yet for these two characters, doesn’t it make sense that you also see these two make it further in ‘Shiptober than ever before? After a competitive showdown against Gibbs & Sloane, the Outlander pair now gets to move on to take on another from the NCIS world. If they can advance alongside Jamie & Claire, there’s a chance that there will be two Outlander ‘ships in the finals — that’s never happened before in the history of these polls.
