When you’re thinking about Randall’s career, there is probably one word to describe it more than anything else: Compromise. He’s not going to be able to get every little thing that he wants and nobody should be shocked about that. He wants to be a good councilman, but there are some considerations … including that family comes first. That is the basis of the sneak peek below (via E! News), one where you see Randal admit that he has to leave a meeting to take care of his daughter Tess. She’s had a panic and attack and because of that, he wants to do everything that she can in order to help her.
Will the council be announced by this? Maybe, especially since he backed off on this past meeting because of a desire to meet with more of his constituents and be a good councilman in that sense. This is a man jugging a lot of different things and it’s clear that he has a lot that is on his plate at the moment — yet, he wants to find a way to pay all of this off one way or another, and prove that he can find a way to do it all. It’s not going to be easy, but we like to think that he will be able to balance it in the end.
As for what’s going to be happening in regards to Tess here, consider this: She’s still working in order to figure out herself and that includes undergoing some changes. It’s going to be hard to open up, especially within a community where almost no one else will understand.
