ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2 spoilers: Victoria’s dramatic greeting and more (video)

On Sunday night’s new episode of “Revenge,” we are really going to get our first real glimpse at the woman who is Kara Clarke; and while there is a great deal of mystery about her still, the one thing that is more or less a consensus at this point seems to be that regardless of who you talk to, her arrival into the world of the show is going to spell out some major trouble for just about everyone involved.

First and foremost, we turn to Madeleine Stowe’s character of Victoria, and while Kara (Jennifer Jason Leigh) seems to be extremely excited to meet up with her again, we cannot really say with a straight face that our resident villain feels the same way. We know that there is a reason Kara was kept away from much of this world for so long, even if we do not know at this very moment what it is just yet.

Meanwhile, the pain for Emily Thorne may be far worse than anything that Victoria is feeling. After all, she is now having to deal with the revelation that the woman that she has been trying for so long to find may not be someone who she really should have sought out at all. There was a reason that her father pretended as though she was dead, and that was so that he could ensure that she would be protected from whatever sort of terrible things could come her way in the future. (After all, this is a woman who tried to let Emily drown.)
