Madam Secretary season 6 episode 4 spoilers: ‘Valor’ & a challenge
Below, CarterMatt has the official Madam Secretary season 6 episode 4 synopsis with some other news on what’s to come:
“Valor” – Henry teams up with a Marine veteran to fight for legislation that helps Veterans Affairs provide better mental health care, but he encounters surprising resistance from Vice President Carlos Morejon (José Zúñiga). Also, Senator Hanson (Wentworth Miller) questions Daisy about an arrest in her past, on MADAM SECRETARY, Sunday, Oct. 27 (10:30-11:30 PM, ET/10:00-11:00 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network. Tom Wopat guest stars as Senator Peoples, Chairman of the Veteran Affairs Committee.
Here’s one of the most interesting parts about this synopsis, at least to us — there’s not a whole lot of insight at the moment about Elizabeth’s role in the story. She’s the President of the United States on this show! Because of that, you would think that she would almost always have a number of different irons in the fire … and she may still. Just remember this — even if you’re not mentioned in the synopsis for a given episode, you may still have a pretty big role in the story. Go ahead and remember that.
Here’s one of the things that makes us sad — the simple fact that there are only ten episodes this season. Because of that, the writers are going to have to do a whole lot in order to ensure, one way or another, that things move forward. Having Miller play a possible Big Bad is interesting, mostly because he has that ability to play dark, sinister, and entertaining characters. Pairing off Tea Leoni and the rest of the cast with him could prove to be a pretty electric combination.
In the end, and no matter what happens, we’re grateful that we’ve made it to this point in the story … and we’re also excited for whatever is coming up on the show soon.
