Chicago PD season 7 episode 4 crossover spoilers: ‘Infection Part III’
If you’ve missed any of the other insight that we’ve had on the subject of this show, know this — much of this story is going to be based on a massive infection that courses his way through much of Chicago. There are going to be multiple parts to what makes this threat substantial. First and foremost, there is the part that revolves around figuring out who is responsible for this. After that happens, though, there is still another twist here — doing whatever possible in order to ensure that everyone is safe.
Be prepared for a story that is going to push everyone in Intelligence to their limit, one way or another. This is going to be exciting, but more in a dramatic way than almost anything else.

Upton is torn between helping track down the perp and providing emotional support to the scared young girl that needs her. Voight fears his team is being sent on a wild goose chase. TV-14 LV

Go ahead and think of this episode as one that could have some enormous consequences. Take, for example, whether or not Voight ends up losing the trust of some people within his team.
