Blue Bloods season 10 episode 3 spoilers: Eddie vs. her new boss

This was her way to stay at the same precinct, but as it turns out, this decision will lead to some unexpected consequences. Take, for example, learning that her new boss in Sergeant McNichols is not always the easiest person to get along with.

“Behind the Smile” – Frank’s esteem for an old friend and late socialite proves to be a mistake when her son threatens to publicly reveal who she really was. Also, Jamie asks Erin for help apprehending a perp who shot at him after learning she chose not to send him to prison six months ago; Eddie clashes with her new boss, Sergeant McNichols (Stephanie Kurtzuba); and Danny drags Baez into a case involving a suspicious grieving couple, on BLUE BLOODS, Friday, Oct. 11 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
There are a lot of interesting stories hinted at within this synopsis, most notably Frank trying to weave his way around the New York City elite. One of the things that we’ve often realized with some of these people is that there is always a chance that the truth will come out about who you really were … and then that could have a ripple effect. Could Frank find his own reputation hurt in some way through no fault of his own? That’s something that you, clearly, have to be afraid of if you are Tom Selleck’s character.
Meanwhile, we do wonder if Danny’s experiences dealing with personal grief will make him the right person for taking on this case.
