‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Mike Fleiss promises ‘first’ with Sean Lowe’s hometowns

After spending the past month traveling around the world and filming “The Bachelor” almost non-stop, Sean Lowe has finally selected the four women in which he is ready to spend some more time with in the form of hometown dates. We can’t think of anything more intimidating for a guy here, as he has to meet all sorts of anxious parents who know that while he is kissing someone who is looking at him through rose-colored glasses, he is off doing something similar with three other women.

So are these women? Of course, we’re not going to spoil that for you since that’s not the kind of site that we are. Instead, we just want to share the cryptic tweet from Mike Fleiss so that we can have some fun speculating away:

“Hometowns are set. There will be at least one Bachelor First!!! #guaranteedfun”

Based on the fact that Fleiss says the word “fun” here, we can’t imagine this “first” being something like him sending a girl home before a Rose Ceremony or something that is depressing. Instead, we are probably looking at a situation where a contestant’s family comes from an interesting place or has a background that is different than anyone who has ever been on the show. Just like we loved that this is the most-diverse case the show has ever had, we also love that this could be a celebration of a different sort of culture than what we traditionally see from hometown dates. this could turn out to be a really great season of the show, and it’s something that the franchise could certainly use after having so many breakups as of late, including the likes of Emily Maynard and Jef Holm and Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson.

What do you think this “Bachelor first” is? Be sure to speculate away below.
