Evil episode 3 spoilers: Is a theater producer demonic in ‘3 Stars’?

Evil

Next week on CBS’ Evil episode 3, we’re going to have a chance to see a lot of exciting story take place … at least if you find stopping demonic theater producers to be compelling. “3 Stars” is the sort of episode that we would’ve expected from this show from the moment that it was ordered. Think in terms of a story that is embracing the idea of potentially-supernatural stuff going on in the world and trying to put a stop to it.

Below, CarterMatt has the full Evil episode 3 synopsis with some more information as to what is coming up next:

“3 Stars” – After a high-strung theater producer’s behavior turns from demanding to what is believed to be demonic, Kristen, David and Ben are called in to assess the situation. Also, Kristen discredits her DA office successor and nemesis, Leland Townsend, before he can ruin a 17-year-old boy’s life, on of EVIL, Thursday, Oct. 10 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. John Glover guest stars as Broadway producer Byron Duke, and Dascha Polanco guest stars as his assistant, Patti Hitchens.

We’ll be honest that, for the time being, we are very much enjoying what Evil is bringing to the table. This is a show designed, first and foremost, with the purpose of making us question the world. There are mysteries aplenty and then then also great characters backing them up.

Stay bold — if there is one piece of advice we would give Grey’s Anatomy more so than anything, it’s that: Don’t let the ambition fade the longer that Evil sticks around. This is a show that will have to, tooth and nail, do everything that it can in order to retain viewers. It got off to an okay start, but it can’t run the risk of doing anything that could cause the numbers to fall by the wayside here and there.
