The Good Doctor season 3 episode 4 spoilers: Wedding possibilities!
We know that Dr. Glassman is set to have a ceremony at some point soon, and the fact that this episode is entitled “Take My Hand” feels like quite a big hint. That’s without even talking about the photo of Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) in a tuxedo! We don’t think that Shaun would get dressed up for no real reason … and the fact that Carly is by his side is encouraging. The two clearly do have feelings for each other, but that’s no clear signal that the drama is over and it’s going to be smooth sailing towards the future. As a matter of fact, it feels likely that it’s going to be a very bumpy ride.

As a conspiracy theorist (Josh Malina) questions Dr. Neil Melendez’s of his liver damage, Dr. Claire Browne treats a woman whose inability to feel pain is threatening both her marriage and her life. Meanwhile, Dr. Shaun Murphy and Dr. Aaron Glassman each face crises in their romantic relationships.

Even if Dr. Glassman does get married on this episode, it doesn’t seem as though the path there is going to be easy. One of the most likely issues is the fact that Glassman got engaged after so short a period of time, and without even knowing all that much about his new fiancée! He’s probably learning things now that most couples learn long before a proposal, and the same goes vice-versa. That being said sometimes when you know something is right then getting engaged right away can be a wonderful thing. We were engaged after only 5 months and we celebrated ten years together this year!
Oh, and we should also mention that we feel sorry already for Dr. Melendez in trying to deal with a conspiracy theorist. Those have to be near the top of the list of the worst patients to possibly work on! On a different note, at least the awesome Josh Malina will be guest-starring in this role.
