Magnum PI season 2 episode 3 spoilers: Will Higgins opt to leave or stay?
At the moment, we remain rather hopeful that there will be a chance to see Higgins and Magnum keep working together. This has been one of the biggest selling points of the show! They’ve got a great rapport with each other, and that is without even considering the work that they do together. They’re exceptional at solving problems and taking down bad guys, even if some of the ways they do so are a tad unconventional. (If Magnum followed the rules, would this be anywhere near as much fun?)
Below, CarterMatt has the official Magnum PI season 2 episode 3 synopsis with some other news when it comes to what lies ahead:
“Knight Lasts Forever” – Kumu and Higgins are in danger when Robin’s Nest is under siege by mercenaries storming the estate in order to find out the true identity of the White Knight, Robin’s muse and literary hero. Also, Rick and T.C. helps one of Rick’s employees (guest star WBC Heavyweight Champion Deontay Wilder) when his car is stolen, and Higgins finally gives Magnum an answer about if she’ll become his partner, on MAGNUM P.I., Friday, Oct. 11 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
With this synopsis in mind, you know that Magnum PI isn’t going to be forcing you to wait forever to get some other news on Higgins’ decision. By episode 3, we’ll get a chance to see what the future of the show will be, one way or another. (Sure, seeing Higgins kick butt with MI6 could be fun, but it would take her away from what we’ve grown to love.
Of course, following Higgins’ decision, there will be more stories to tell no matter what. While we’re confident that Juliet will stay around, let’s cross our fingers and hope that there are opportunities regardless to see some fun cases play out in the signature Magnum PI way.
