By the end of this episode, we imagine that we’re going to see a storyline that was all about NCIS doing their part to care for a community that is often ignored. If there is going to be a storyline that does include Ziva to some degree, meanwhile, it will be what McGee, Bishop, and Torres are up to. Maybe the information that they are withholding had to do with Ziva and because of that, this is the punishment that they are tasked with.
