Who won MasterChef season 10: Dorian Hunter or Sarah Faherty?
One of the things that we loved about this episode tonight from the start was the sheer diversity of talent present here. Just think about it! We had three distinct home cooks who were different ages and had different backgrounds, and that speaks to a lot of what this show has to offer. It’s a celebration of what inspires all of us to cook, whether you are an aspiring chef coming out of college or someone eager to pursue one of their original passions.
There was a lot to like about all three of these contenders, but going into the episode it was clear that everyone would be pushed to the limit. They would have a challenge of creating perfection in front of a lot of former contestants, familiar faces, and of course the judges. One slip-up here can cost you the title and leave you thinking about what you could have done differently for many weeks and months to come.
Now, let’s go ahead and get to sharing some of those results! Nick ended up finishing in third place, and we can’t say that this is all that much of a shock. He was the youngest home cook and with that, you can always make the assumption that he’s going to have a lot of time in the weeks/months to come to hone his craft and keep getting better and better as cook. That left us, meanwhile, with just Dorian and then Sarah.
In the end, the champion tonight was Dorian! We’re more than happy for her — she was talented, passionate, and she’s gonna do some great stuff. She’ll be an ambassador for the MasterChef brand and someone who can inspire a ton of people out there.
With the season ending, remember to stay creative in the kitchen! You never know who could end up being the next star of MasterChef down the road…
