Bachelor in Paradise finale: Are Katie Morton, Chris Bukowski engaged?

On tonight’s Bachelor in Paradise finale, we had what we could describe as the culmination of one big show relationship after the next after the next. There were some engagements … and then you also saw the end of things for Clay and Nicole. For much of the season, it seemed like the two were building towards something … and then it came to a half tonight.

Kristian Haggerty and Demi Burnett – While Kristian and Demi entered the show with a preexisting relationship, there was no guarantee that this process was going to work out for them. Yet, in the end, it did! The two had their big moment at the end of the show, and it was a bold one given that this was the first same-sex couple in the history of the franchise as a whole.

Chris Bukowski and Katie Morton – These two managed to make it through some of the hurdles and issues that they dealt with during the season, and after all of the times that Chris has been on the show, we do hope that this is the one that will end up being the end for him. Also, Katie seems like a genuinely kind person and really deserves it.

During the reunion, Chris and Katie admitted that the two of them are having some trouble, and it seems like it’s stemming mostly from the fact that they speak different love languages and don’t communicate the same.

Dylan Barbour and Hannah Godwin – This was the engagement that everyone saw coming, but it still managed to be heartwarming. We feel very confident that these two couple be the Paradise pair who comes back in a year or two and gets married on the show. We’re just happy that they found each other after the drama from earlier this season.
