The Blacklist season 7 episode 1 spoilers: ‘Louis T. Steinhil’ details!

The Blacklist season 7 episode 1 is definitely going to be one of the most-anticipated episodes of the series, and for good reason. Think about the cliffhanger! Think about where things are at the moment with Raymond Reddington captured by Katarina Rostova and how Liz Keen doesn’t know where he is.

Katarina ise not your ordinary villain within the world of this show — she is perhaps the villain. She is one of the most noteworthy adversaries that we’ve seen based on reputation alone. Sure, she may be Liz Keen’s mother, but she is also someone who is ruthless, determined, and does a great job of being in hiding when she doesn’t want to be found. She’s got a plan, and over the course of season 7, we may get a much better sense of what things are.

The premiere episode on October 4 is entitled “Louis T. Steinhil,” and just with that title alone, you should get a good sense that the series is going to continue to utilize Blacklisters in some shape or form. It also confirms that the writers are going to take their time before we get the “Katarina Rostova” episode — we’re assuming that Katarina has to be one of the top numbers on the Blacklist, given that she is so important to the mythology of the show.

There’s not too much in the way of new information in there, other than maybe Reddington’s desperation to find an ally in what may be a world without many clear ones. He’ll spend his time desperately seeking some sort of information/answers, but he may not be able to find it — at least without the help of Liz or the Task Force.
