Big Brother 21 live feed spoilers: Nicole tells Cliff about Jackson (day 89)

Who would’ve thought that we would get so much action within the Big Brother 21 house today? Everything’s coming out in the open, and it’s happening in somewhat record time.

Earlier this afternoon, what we ended up seeing was a conversation between Jackson and Nicole where he opened up her about his decision to keep Holly in the game over Cliff. His reasoning was simple: He felt like the deal was violated when Cliff and Nicole contemplated keeping Tommy. That was shown on tonight’s new episode and it’s clear that the two did contemplate keeping Tommy. They didn’t go through with it, but the thought was there and that does hold a certain degree of weight within the game.

Ultimately, does any of this matter? Not really, given that we think that Jackson would vote out Cliff to jury regardless. The only thing that has changed is that there is now further reasoning for this move to be made than what there was previously.

In the end, Nicole told Cliff about the conversation and explained how Jackson approached it. While it does sound as though Cliff is okay with learning his fate, he’s still upset about the notion that he and Jackson shook hands and he thought that this “means something” within the world of the game. Here’s a reminder — it really doesn’t. Handshakes don’t often mean all that much in Big Brother when you are so close to winning the price in the end.

After this conversation, Cliff did go ahead and told Jackson that he respects the decision — everything is out in the open, and while not everyone is going to be happy about it, it’s happening. Pending something big and dramatic happening in a few days, Holly is going to be leaving the game in a few days.
