A Million Little Things season 2 video: Watch the opening scene now!
If you look below, you can see a scene that may very well go down as one of the most devastating moments of Katherine’s life. It’s hard to imagine anything else when you think about some of what is going on here. Eddie tells Katherine that he wants to find a way to make things work and to heal some of the pain that is there from the past. In order to do that, though, he has to disclose the truth about the father of Delilah’s baby: It’s not Jon. Instead, it’s him.
To make matters even more shocking, Katherine has to pass along some news to Eddie in this scene, as well — Delilah is in labor. She encourages him to go be there for that baby. It’s at least a good thing that he could do for someone, and there may not be all that much that he can do at the moment to be there for her. She’s struggling and feeling an understandable amount of pain over this. If there is a way for him to make things better, it’s not going to be something that reveals itself overnight. It’s going to take time, just like many things in life do. That may not even be enough. How do you get past something like this? It’s far from an easy feat.
While Eddie and Katherine’s relationship will be an important part of this season, it’s one of a multitude of different components. There are a lot of relationships that need to be explored further following the events of season 1 and beyond that, there are other surprises that the show will do its best to unearth. We know that the first season had mysteries aplenty; for now, it looks as though the plan is to deliver more of the same as we gear up for season 2.
