Power season 6 episode 4 spoilers: Who’s hating on Tommy’s love life?
When it comes to a certain James “Ghost” St. Patrick, at this point it’s going to be fairly clear what this man is going through. We’re talking about someone who is doing what he can to survive and earn some coin, and also doing what he can to make sure that Tommy is not a part of the world anymore. After Tommy decided that he didn’t want to collaborate with him on taking out Jason, his quest for vengeance, and to have Tommy stored in the nearest body-bag, is going to be ramping up. He’ll look for allies, but can he find some?

What’s so curious about where Tommy is in his own life, meanwhile, is that he is still trying to maintain some sort of family existence in between doing battle and trying to stake his claim within the drug game. As you can see within the sneak peek over here, you are going to be seeing Tommy’s mother do her best to offer one of her favorite things: Criticism. She doesn’t think that LaKeisha is the right person for her son, and she almost thinks that a certain someone else in Holly would’ve been a better choice. (Bad news for Tommy’s mom — we don’t think that Holly is coming back.)
We think that this is probably nothing more than Tommy’s mother trying to interfere in his life and him doing whatever he can to react to it, but we are still curious to see what role she plays in the remainder of this season. She may still have a greater role beyond what’s obvious or apparent right now, as she could be a cog that stirs up a little bit of conflict or leads to Tommy thinking a little bit differently. She can still influence on some level … right?
