Shameless season 10 trailer has hijinks, Ian & Mickey, testosterone

It’s funny to see the trailer begin with what looks to be a missed call from Fiona — it’s a reminder that she is a part of the world still, but not too much of one given that nobody picks up the phone. Remember, though, that Fiona did give Debbie a chunk of money before taking off last season, and we could see Debbie trying to make the most of that by taking care of the family and then also herself. One interesting part is that this is one of the few times that someone like her has seen real money. How is she going to act over that?
It shouldn’t be a shock as to how Frank is going to react to it — he wants more of it than what he’s getting! The reality at this point is that Frank isn’t going to change. If he wanted to, he’s had years in order to figure that out. It’s just not going to come together now that Fiona is off somewhere else.
For those wondering, the most ridiculous story here may just be Kevin trying to give himself more testosterone, leading to him ripping his own shirt open at a bar.
As for Ian and Mickey…
Prepare to see a lot of them in prison together early on this season, as the two try to find a way to see if there is something more here when it comes to their relationship. There are going to be benefits for the two of them being in the same prison together; think in terms of having more of a committed relationship. Yet, also remember that it’s hard to spend THAT much time with one person every second of the day. There is hope for Gallavich as a ‘ship, but there are going to be some big-time bumps in the road, as well.
