Bachelor in Paradise 2019 reunion show will reveal next Bachelor

Today, ABC confirmed the big news, as during the reunion the next Bachelor in going to come out. For now, it seems to be clear that we’re going to see Peter Weber get the gig. The pilot was one of the most-popular contenders during Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette, and we’ve felt from the moment that his family was at the After the Final Rose special, it was clear that he was the production favorite. They’ve been grooming him, he has a flashy job, and we think the show wants to create some distance between what we have with Peter and the last time we had a pilot Bachelor on the show — here’s lookin’ at you, Jake Pavelka!
As for what else could be coming in the finale, we have a feeling that there will be more heartbreak … we’re not altogether confident in seeing things work out when it comes to things between Nicole and Clay. However, it feels like a given that we’re going to be seeing Hannah G. and Dylan get engaged, given that they’ve been going in that direction for most of the season … and in rather predictable fashion, no less.
Meanwhile, we’re also going to have a chance to see over the next little while what’s happening with Chris and Katie and Demi and Kristian, the two relationships that seem like they could end in engagements … but nothing is altogether secured just yet. The reunion will give you updates, romance, a lot of drama, and also a few people who are already thirsty to maybe go on Paradise at some other point down the round.
