Chicago PD season 7 premiere spoilers: Where is Antonio?

As we gear up for the Chicago PD season 7 premiere airing on September 25, we have to be prepared for just about anything. Let’s think about things in terms of what happened at the end of season 6. Remember that Kelton died in the closing minutes of the finale, Antonio Dawson was missing, and all signs pointed towards Voight being the person responsible for killing the recently-elected Mayor.

So is Voight actually a killer? that’s something that we’re going to have to figure out at some point over the next several weeks. We know that Voight has killed before, but there’s a difference between his typical vigilante M.O. and then also the amount of eyes that would be on Kelton. Voight’s not a dummy; he is firmly aware of the attention that is on him. Figuring out the truth is going to be a big part of the premiere episode; beyond that, we’ll have a chance to see how hard members of Intelligence are going to be willing to fight in order to ensure they get answers.

09/25/2019 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Wednesday) : Season Premiere. When Kelton is found murdered, Voight’s grudge against the mayor-elect puts him under suspicion. Upton and Halstead are eager to prove their sergeant’s innocence, but the more evidence they gather, the closer they come to doing the opposite. After making bail, Ruzek searches for a missing Antonio.

The biggest question that we have to wonder here is whether or not Antonio is the true party responsible here, and now, he’s departed and nobody is ever going to be able to track him down and uncover the truth. We do hope that there is a satisfying ending to Antonio’s arc at the end of all of this, mostly because we feel like he truly deserves it! Think about everything he went through over the past year alone.
