Power season 6 episode 4 preview: ‘Why is Tommy Still Alive?’
For Ghost, what he doesn’t realize is that there is a point of no return here and he’s long crossed it. Tommy’s not going to want to trust him anymore even if the two come across a situation where it feels like their interests are aligned — and on paper, this does feel like that opportunity. The two have an incentive to want to work together here and even still, it’s not going down because of the past.
There are some other problems that are coming up, of course, all over the place elsewhere. Take, for example, what’s going on with Tariq as he starts to realize that getting into the game is not so easy as it has seemed. Meanwhile, is Dre really going to be held hostage by the idea of working to sell out Ghost? Is he going to be able to forge a revenge plot of his own? There is a lot of drama coming up, and the Power season 6 episode 4 synopsis gives you a good sense of some of what to expect:
Tasha sparks a new flame; Ghost utilizes his resources in an attempt to kill Tommy; Tariq’s in over his head with the Italians; Dre forms an unlikely alliance; Proctor hatches a plan to gain custody of his daughter.

Within this episode, we expect to see a few different stories start to push forward, in particular Ghost trying to do what he can in order to take out Tommy. Since it can’t work with him anymore and that much is clear, why not go ahead and do everything within his power to work against him? Why not stop the crisis now before it gets worse? These are things obviously on his mind.
