NCIS: New Orleans season 6 premiere promo: Who is suspended?
What’s at the center of this episode? Think in terms of a stolen Navy bomb that could end up leading to mass carnage. Pride is forced to cut his vacation short in order to try and deal with this sensation — remember that after the Apollyon crisis last season, he was set to go away for a while and spend some time with his mother. Hopefully, he still had a chance to do this before having to come back to his home turf in the Big Easy and deal with this crisis.

While we cannot say for sure that there will be zero casualties as a result of this crisis, we can say that there are some ramifications coming for Hannah Khoury — she prioritized trying to save as many lives as possible during a mission, and that leads to Pride announcing the rather-sad news that she is suspended! This could cause Dwayne to take back his old position and have sole command of it … but that doesn’t mean Hannah is going anywhere. We rather hope that she doesn’t! NCIS: New Orleans did a great job of introducing Necar Zadegan’s character last year and we feel like she and Pride can work together in perfect harmony. They’re both smart, caring people who have similar motivations — trying to get the job done at all costs.
In general, we’re expecting NCIS: New Orleans season 6 to capture a lot of local flavor and celebrate this city — while also doing its part to take down criminals every step of the way. We’d love to see a notorious big bad surface or some other shocking event that gets this show another shot of publicity. It deserves getting more of a spotlight, especially after being such a consistent hit on CBS for so many years.
