There’s a lot to be excited about with the NCIS: Los Angeles season 11 premiere later this year, but for JAG fans, it’s especially appealing!
It’s been confirmed for a while now that David James Elliott and Catherine Bell are going to be returning as their iconic characters from the NCIS precursor. As a matter of fact, these parts were filmed months ago! Mac and Harm didn’t actually reunite in-person during the season 10 finale, and for those hoping to see a reunion in photos now, prepare to be bummed out. The show isn’t really giving you all that much for the time being.

The first photo above gives you Mac and Hetty working together, largely making sure that they can find a way to stop the terrorist sympathizers before the crisis gets too far out of hand. It was teetering in that direction at the end of season 10, with Sam & Callen and Deeks & Kensi facing all sorts of danger in different parts of the world. Harm, meanwhile, needs to unravel everything that is happening on his own vessel.
Moving forward, we do think that there will be a chance to see Mac and Harm together — it makes sense for them to reunite! Just think about things in this sense. Why bring the JAG characters back just to make everyone upset? We think that there’s going to be a happy moment or two coming … and that’s without even thinking about the idea of a possible revival down the road. Note that nothing is confirmed or even in development … but we do think that CBS will at least look at these characters’ return to gauge interest. It’s hard for them not to!
