Dancing with the Stars 28 rumors: Lauren Alaina, Rob Gronkowski
There have been a number of names out there over the past few weeks, and we know for certain that Hannah Brown of The Bachelorette in on board. That was already confirmed over by ABC. With that in mind, let’s jump over to another couple of names that have us intrigued for what the future could hold.
Rob Gronkowski – This is the seminal Dancing with the Stars contestant –a recently-retired pro athlete with a huge fanbase. We’re sure that the producers of Dancing with the Stars are eager to get him on the show, but the primary question that we have to wonder is simply this: Does Gronk want to be on Dancing with the Stars right now? We still wonder if he has a little more of a football itch that he wants to scratch and with that, whether or not that could impede him wanting to do the show at the moment.
Lauren Alaina – ABC has already hinted that there could be a country-music artist on the show this season, and Alaina could be a prime candidate for it. Somehow, she still feels like an up-and-comer despite being on American Idol ages ago — and this could be a chance to build a new audience and have a little bit of fun.
Christie Brinkley – According to a report from Page Six, it does appear as though she could finally be a part of the show after being a coveted target of producers for ages. Why come on the show now? There may just be a case of the timing being right, where she is confident that she could come on the show and have a lot of fun with it.
We’re sure that the remainder of the cast will consist of the same sort of people you would expect — think along the lines of reality stars, actors, athletes, and media personalities. Dancing with the Stars isn’t out to reinvent the wheel with its casting choices!
