‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ season 5: So much for Danielle Staub…

Well, this didn’t take long at all. Only a matter of days after Danielle Staub claimed that she had a meeting with Bravo programming head Andy Cohen, one on which the possibility of her returning to “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” was supposedly was discussed, we’re now hearing that a certain someone may not be getting her wish.

According to a brand-new report from TMZ, network sources are saying that after she infuriated so many members of the cast as well as some folks behind the scenes with her behavior during season 2, there’s pretty much no way whatsoever that Danielle would ever be allowed to come back on the show. Apparently, this is the network’s way of saying that they already have enough drama for everyone courtesy of the never-ending feud between Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga.

One part of the original story that was true, however, was that Danielle and Andy not only did have a meeting together, but they are actually on pretty good terms. So why would he choose to sit down with? Really, it all comes to him being a pretty smart businessman. The “Watch What Happens Live!” host knows that in the right environment, Staub can bring a heap of drama to pretty much any show that she is a part of. With that in mind, it is far easier to maintain a good working relationship with her in order to plan for the future rather than to burn a bridge that could have some use down the line.
