‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 spoilers: Arizona’s pain reaches a new point (video)

In the first promo that was released for Thursday night’s new episode of “Grey’a Anatomy,” we were given the opportunity to sneak a peek at an hour that was really all about one thing: the men. Kevin McKidd is set to direct the installment, and we already hear that most of the story is going to revolve around some things that are happening with Owen, Jackson, and Derek through their eyes.

However, we have also now learned that the ladies here are not necessarily going to be left out in the cold here by any means. As the Canadian promo for Thursday night’s episode shows, we are going to see even more drama courtesy of Arizona as she has an opportunity to try out a prosthetic for her recent amputation. This is something that would surely not be easily for anyone to go through, especially when you are someone going through as much stress and resentment as Arizona is over the whole ordeal.

Are things going to get any better for her and Callie by the end of this episode? It’s hard to say, but we are sure that they have a long thing ahead of them before the two parties are really at the same level of peace and happiness that we saw from them last season. One thing we can say, though: while we are sure that everyone prefers to see Arizona happy, Jessica Capshaw has to be loving the sort of Emmy-quality material that she is getting to work with now. Even once things are better when it comes to Arizona’s relationship, nothing will ever be the same time.
